The challenge
An order is only the start. Ticket allocations, delivery arrangements and payment balances need to be managed behind the storefront.
Our work
Work across ticket allocation and dispatch tools, alongside custom Shopify workflows for deposits, balances and delivery information. These address the operational detail beyond a standard product page.

Help the team organise fulfilment while making the distinction between the full package value, the amount due now and any later balance clear to customers.

Booking management built around the operation
The challenge
A complex travel or hospitality booking can involve several people, pitches, crossings, payment dates and changes that need to stay connected.
Our work
Booking-system development covering customers and passengers, quotations, invoices, balances, pitch allocation and booking history. A Report Centre brings operational lists and spreadsheet exports into the workflow.
The focus
Keep the detail of each booking accessible to the team, with customer records, allocations and reporting organised around how the business works.
App development
A guest app with operations behind it
The challenge
During an event, guests need useful information and access to services, while staff need a practical way to respond and coordinate delivery.
Our work
The Lycian app project is being developed around guest information, interactive maps, transport requests and communication with reception. The wider scope includes staff workflows, check-in, excursions and guest-service requests.
The focus
Bring the guest experience and operational response closer together. Features and connections are developed around the event’s requirements.

Interactive pilot theory and exam preparation, combining structured explanations with question practice. A dedicated learning brand with its own subject coverage and development roadmap.
INVENTORY ALLOCATION
MadeAllocate
In development
Software for connecting orders to specific seats, pitches and other finite inventory. Development covers imports, allocation requirements, review and export workflows.
PASSENGER INFORMATION
MadeBus
Early-stage project
A passenger-facing bus information project centred on routes, timetables and vehicle tracking. Planned around public transport data, with a clear focus on helping people find useful journey information.
